Internal Installation
Radon Collector Pit
Pipe in basement floor with a 20 gallon radon collector pit (blue box) below the concrete floor.
 
The fan is installed in the attic.
 
Properly flashed penetration through the roof.
 
 

External Installation
 
Fan on outside of the house. There is still the basement concrete floor penetration hole and 20 gallon radon collector pit as displayed on the left.
 
 
The exhaust is above the roof eave and at least two feet above the window.
