John Atkinson was the public person who competed in the first,
“Can a 10 handicaper break a 100 at the US Open Golf Course.”
He did not break 100.
He did not beat his lung cancer.
He did beat awareness of lung cancer!

I never met John face to face, but I knew him.
I wanted to thank you for sending the two radon kits to me. We checked our home last summer and had a mitigation system installed then.
We will certainly use these to re-check our levels.
Although I haven’t beaten my lung cancer, I will never stop trying.. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness.
There are so many good people I have met on this journey.
