Below are the Utah zip codes with a higher prevalence with for radon levels above 4 Ci/L. The tables show Wastach front zip codes that have 30% or more probability of having radon levels above the action level of 4 pCi/L. The only way to determine if your house has high radon levels is to do a test. If you are a home owner, you can call the Utah Safety Council at (801) 478-7878 and purchase a test kit (including processing charge). The test kits sold at Home Depot do not include the processing fee of an additional $20. If you are in a real estate transaction you should have a radon testing professional do the test.
